What to Expect

    Scheduling your Appointment

    For your convenience, you can schedule your appointment online or by calling your desired location directly. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

    For Gift Packages, please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you enough time to fill out any necessary paperwork, get into a robe and enjoy a beverage of choice before your service.

    Late arrival may result in a shortened or no service in order to allow us to be on time for our next guest.

    For group, package, spa or multi-service appointments, we require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold the reservation. For these appointments a fifty percent charge will be applied for cancellations under 24 hours.

    For all reservations, a 48-hour cancellation notice is kindly requested.

    Spa Attire

    Our body treatments and massage services are designed to maximize your well-being. In terms of what to wear, please wear whatever makes you feel most at ease. Many clients enjoy spa services without clothing, in undergarments, or in a bathing suit.

    Your comfort and privacy are important to us. We will provide you with a robe and slippers before and after your treatment. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.

    Cell Phones

    To enhance the experience & relaxation while at About Faces, we ask that you silence your cell phone.

    Client Consultations

    In order to assess your special needs and ensure you have a beautiful experience, first time spa and massage treatments will include a complimentary client consultation. During your consultation you can discuss any trouble areas as well as desired goals with your therapist.

    Age Requirement and Guardian Consent

    We require guardian consent to perform spa and massage treatments on anyone under the age of 18. The guardian is kindly requested to be present during the massage of anyone 14 years or younger.


    We accept cash as well as checks, with proper I.D. We honor American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover.


    Gratuities for a job well done are happily accepted, but are not expected. All gratuities are left to your discretion. Gift Packages and individual services do not include gratuities unless otherwise noted.

    If, for any reason, you need to return a hair care, skin care, or nail care product, please bring it back to us with your original receipt, within 30 days of purchase and we will happily issue you a refund for the purchase amount (some restrictions may apply).
