5/19/26: Todays visit was not so great. I saw Erin (because Polina is out-of-office), who is a lovely individual; however, she moves so fast that 1. I left with wax on me. 2. The job was not thorough, I left with hair where it should've been removed.

My thoughts are, because she moves so fast that she can not provide the proper level of care for my expectations. I will stick with Polina. (While she is also fast, she is thorough).

The best service ever, just outstanding. Tiki’s knowledge and skills with color and highlights is second to none. In addition she accommodated my daughter at the very last moment so as not to disappoint her, which she didn’t have to do, she was so kind. I definitely recommend About Faces, and especially Tiki, she’s amazing!

I was visiting from out of town and looking for a great salon, and I’m so glad I found this one! I had a massage with Liz—twice, because it was that amazing and a haircut with Jamie.

If you’re looking for a stylist who truly listens to what you want and delivers exactly that, I highly recommend Jamie. She’s incredibly talented and genuinely so sweet. Such a wonderful experience overall!

I have been to About Faces in Pikesville many times over the years and I always enjoy my experience. The staff at the front desk is always very welcoming, it’s very clean, and the massage area is dimly lit, smells good and it is a relaxing environment. I usually book with Liz and she is the best, ever since my first experience with her I request her. I’ve visited her for a pre-natal, hot stone and most recently a combination massage. On my last visit i had so much neck and upper back pain and since Liz worked her magic the pain has not returned and i feel so much better. Not only are her hands magic, she is so friendly, accommodating and professional. I can’t wait to book her again. I highly recommend.

I hardly ever get my nails done because I work with my hands. They are either deep in soil or water and manicures don’t last but a few days. Since the weather has been so frigid and my hands and feet feel like lizard skin, I decided I’d use some ancient gift cards I have on file at AF and treat myself to a spa day. I had a great manicure with Holly and pedicure with Ada! I highly recommend both of them for your nail needs! When I went check out, the gift cards that were “on file” were mysteriously missing. I was a little deflated and sort of annoyed with myself. The staff searched hi and low but could not locate them. I said, “oh well, I guess that’s what happens when you don’t use your gift cards in a timely manner”. The staff assured me they would continue to search for the cards and reminded me that they never expire. I was pretty sure that was that when I left. But a little later in the day I received a call from AF saying that the mystery was solved and that I’d receive the funds soon. This morning I got a text letting me know how much is in my account. I want to thank the Pikesville staff for digging into this mystery and solving it swiftly, and with patience. I’m looking forward to returning soon for more pampering!

I was blessed with a gift card here for my birthday and it was truly an experience. First, the place is deceivingly large.. it has beautifully designed floors and transitions for each service. They also offer so much! Any personal “get right” need you can think of, they’ve got it! Spa services, facials, massages, hair & make up etc! The works. All of the staff were friendly and treated me with kindness and respect from the moment I wondered into their building. Warm feeling in the shop.

I went for an hr massage with an amazingly beautiful and bright soul by the name of Trudi! I’d read good things about her prior to and just had to have her! Best decision ever! I can’t say enough positive things about our entire interaction! She is truly gifted! Literally blessed hands by the most High! I signed up for a Swedish/deep tissue combo and Oh my lawd, she went above and beyond my expectations. I could feel the stress and pressure float out of my muscles either each touch🙏🏽 I left feeling like a new person. Physically, mentally, emotionally, & spiritually. Ms. Trudi was truly a blessing and a delight to chat with ! I’m going to have to make seeing her a more regular thing. The body needs this and ppl doing Gods work like her lol! Worth every penny! Thank you ladies! Thank you Trudi!!
